How to Become a Leading Edge Entrepreneur

Intuition in business is a fairly unexplored field but one which more and more young, forward-thinking business owners are discovering as a means to help them achieve what they want to professionally, more quickly and with more ease, understanding and determination to succeed. Theirs is a generation that is saying goodbye to the effort filled days of martyrdom and hello to the economy of personal and physical resources as well as time.

But what does this really mean? It means that there is a movement of entrepreneurs at the cutting edge of their desired fields, who with a unique blend of self awareness, business smarts and support networks are blowing through the old barriers and definitions of what it was previously agreed was required in order to succeed.

Their novel approach to themselves, their unique offerings to the world and their progression up the self employment ladder in large part has granted us the permission to carve out our own niches, pathways and rules in the quest for the personal and financial freedom that we are each more free than ever before to seek. Having moved away from the notion of being a 9-5 employee fulfilling someone else’s dream, they are the artists, creators, musicians, tailors, designers and architects and other professionals among us who are re-writing the rules on how to achieve success on one’s own terms, in our own time and space.

Of course this does not mean that sound advice and business practice no longer apply. On the contrary, it means that they have taken the best that the business world has to offer…the tried and true laws of success BUT they have combined those with a heightened sense of self awareness and understanding of what drives them at their most personal and fundamental levels. In so doing, they have given themselves permission to chart their success in their own way. And this is important…they have been able to run a thick and definite line between success according to someone else’s perspective and that in their own true and heartfelt view.

And this is the new breed of business men and women who have been emerging from seemingly no where. They have honed in on the veritable gaps in the market that have been begging to be filled with service providers at the top of their game…to raise the bar on the offerings of what a particular industry can offer. They have instinctively realized that it is a refined sense of self awareness which sets them apart from their competition and they have begun utilizing the services of professional intuitives to help them stay on track with their sometimes hidden or unspoken desires and goals.

These renegade business owners are the ones who we say are ‘on fire!’. Indeed it is no wonder that their businesses seem untouchable. And isn’t this how it should be? Everywhere you look, life is constantly shifting or being transmuted from one form to another. When last did you pick up a book on business or economics that really took the human element into account. These new businesses are constantly changing, moving and evolving to meet the ever changing needs of their owners and their target markets. It seems, therein lies the secret of success…we cannot be considered truly successful if we are not fulfilled in every area of our lives.

These leading edge entrepreneurs have some how made their way into the less well understood and written about realms of the unknown. Yet they have discovered in this place that personal integration, expression and contentment in our daily work yields untold benefits, not just for their businesses but also raises the quality of the offering to the people that they serve.

Andhra Pradesh- ?The Rice Bowl of India?

Andhra Pradesh is situated on the Deccan (south) plateau which is one of the oldest geological formations in India. The mighty Godavari and Krishna rivers cut their way through the plateau, forming large deltas before entering the Bay of Bengal. Andhra Pradesh, situated south of the Vindhyas, is surrounded by Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, the Bay of Bengal in the east and Tamil Nadu and Karnataka in the south and by Maharashtra in the west. It is the fifth largest state in India in area and population. The state can be divided into three important regions-the coastal region, comprising of nine districts, generally called Andhra; the interior region, consisting of four districts collectively known as Rayalaseema; and the Telengana region, consisting of the capital Hyderabad and nine adjoining districts. Eight of its 23 districts have direct access to the sea.

-Historically it is believed that the original people of Andhra Pradesh were Aryans. Post their migration to the south of Vindhyas they were mixed up with other races. A major part of Emperor Ashoka’s kingdom, Andhra Pradesh was an important Buddhist center of that time. Several places in the state still bear the traces of the Buddhist culture and influence.

After the end of the Kakatiya dynasty, few local kingdoms rose to power in different parts of the kingdom. Among these, the Vijaynagar kingdom was the most powerful one. The great king Krishnadeva Raya belonged to that kingdom. After failing time and again against the Vijayanagar empire, the kingdom was finally captured by the Muslim invaders.

-In the middle of the 16th century, the emergence of the Qutb Shahi dynaty took place. They were defeated by Aurangazeb’s son.

-In 1707, Hyderabad was declared independent and went under the rule of the Nizams. The Nizams were great allies of the British and they helped the Europeans to defeat Tipu Sultan of Mysore.

-Post the Indian independence, Andhra Pradesh became the first state to be formed on the basis of language. The Telegu speaking people were given 21 districts, out of which 9 were in the Nizam’s Dominions and the rest in the Madras Presidency.

-Following an agitation in 1953, 11 districts of the Madras state were taken to form a new Andhra state with Kurnool as its capital.

-In 1956, nine districts under the Nizam were later added to form the enlarged state of Andhra Pradesh. Hyderabad became the capital of the state, which is one of the most technologically advanced cities of the modern India.

Make Beautiful Yards with an Outdoor Fire Bowl

Today, yards are not just seen as mere outdoor areas but an extension of a house’s living space as well. This is the very reason why a lot of people are now investing in landscaping and beautifying their yards. And one of the newest emerging trends today is the use of an outdoor fire bowl. A fire bowl will not only make you and your guests feel comfortable outdoors but they can also make your yards look extra charming and inviting as well.

An outdoor fire bowl actually looks very much the same as the indoor fire bowls. It also possesses a flue which will ensure the right flow of air from the front of the fireplace up to the chimney. And just like the indoor fireplaces, the outdoor models are permanent fixtures as well so always take time to decide where you want to have that piece installed. Once you start the construction, then you can never move it anywhere else.

For the installation and the design of the outdoor fire bowl, it is highly recommended that you get professional help. However, if you are a DIY person, then you can get the ready made kits to ensure proper installation and safety.

There are actually different types of outdoor fireplaces and each type can create different and unique looks in your yard. One of the oldest kinds is those that are made out of clay. Clay fireplaces originated all the way from Mexico. The real authentic ones are a bit expensive but they are very beautiful as well. They can give your yard that old, rustic feel and you can even turn it into your yard’s centerpiece.

For those who want the more modern pieces, then you can get yourself the metal fireplaces. Metal fireplaces can last longer than the clay pieces. Aside from that, fire pits can also vary in shape and size, too. They can either be dug up the ground or they can be raised and free-standing.

You actually have two options for the fire: the gas-powered fireplaces and the wood. Gas powered fireplaces may require you to have safe gas lines (usually buried down in the ground) which is done at a huge cost. Wood on the other hand, is the most affordable option because all you need to have is enough fire-wood to fuel the fire. This setting will give you a more authentic outdoor fire bowl feel. The only disadvantages to wood powered fireplaces are the smell and the smoke which can be quite a bother when they are blown against you by wind.

But before you start looking for people to install your outdoor fire bowl or your DIY kit, there is one other important thing you need to know. Not all yards can be installed with outdoor fireplaces. Some states and localities may require permits so make sure that you check out the requirements first before anything else. Some local laws may limit the choices that you can get in terms of the size, fuel type and even the style of your fireplace.

So if you have done all these prerequisites, then go and shop away. With an outdoor fireplace, you will surely fall in love with your yard even more.

You will find the outdoor fire bowl products that you are looking for at the best prices available online at

NASCAR ? Clint Bowyer win in the Sprint Cup

Clint Bowyer, the experienced driver for Richard Childress Racing, surprised everyone after he took the Sylvania 300, the first event in the Chase for the Sprint Cup 2010.

This race was held at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Bowyer was not among the favorites to win this race.

Bowyer, who has only won three races in the highest rated category in the NASCAR series, was regarded as a pilot with very few chances of winning a single race once the Chase got underway. And certainly he was not expected to win the first of the 10-race series that will decide this season’s champion.

Bowyer was able to turn these low expectations into a very good opportunity. Bowyer drove his car at his best and was able to put down a great race. The driver behind the Chevrolet Impala #33 was able to make it to the end of the race without facing too many hardships.

Bowyer was the last driver to earn a spot in the racers to actually make it into the Chase, but still managed to hit the second best spot in this race’s starting grid. From the flag down, the #33 driver kept on pushing the leader, who had won the pole position, Brad Keselowksi.

Keselowski was unable to resist the very high pace and had to give into the first position. This forced the poleman to give up the top positions. At the end, Keselowski would finished 18th in the race.

Bowyer kept moving very swiftly and held the first place with a firm and well established driving style. He was in the front of the helm for 177 laps. With this, Bowyer not only won the race but also received a special recognition for been the racer who leaded the way for more laps.

Lap after lap, Bowyer was putting on an impeccable driving skill show for the fans, and he was able to keep of his pursuers from taking the first spot.

Later, a fierce rivalry between Bowyer and Tony Stewart became the focus of the event for several laps. Neither driver was willing to compromise on their chances to win the race. Both made the decision to stay on track for as many laps as possible, playing their odds on how much fuel they had left in their tanks.

As Bowyer neared the end of the scheduled 300 laps, both Stewart and Bowyer were still going at it. Bowyer knew how to resist Stewart’s assaults while saving fuel. For his part, Stewart didn’t since at the end he ran out of gasoline and finished 24th.

Without the pressure from Stewart behind him, Bowyer was able to keep on with his pace until the end of the race. Thus, the Richard Childress Racing driver managed to surprise and cross the finish line first. Denny Hamlin arrived second, followed by Jamie McMurray.

With this win, Clint Bowyer breaks his streak after 88 races without a victory and ranks second in the drivers’ standings with 5195 points.

Football and the Name Game

England is where the game of football began and the practice of naming teams after factories, since many prestigious clubs started out as in-house factory squads. Arsenal had a humble birth in an arms factory at Woolwich that went by the name Royal Arsenal. That’s why the pet name Gunners and the cannon on their crest! Likewise, four time African champions, the Ghanian Black Stars, get their name from the stars on the national flag, which is a reminder of the Black Star Line shipping corporation that brought Africans back home.

Tint Hint
When it comes to the Whites of Leeds and the Reds of Liverpool, the colors of the football jerseys were the defining factor behind the sobriquets. Real Madrid has always been linked with the color white. The ‘Merengues’ boast of football giants like Ronaldo, Zidane, Raul, Ronaldinho, Figo and Beckham who have proudly worn the club’s white soccer shirt. The national team of Brazil is sometimes referred to as the Auriverdes or the Green and Gold, after the national flag and the soccer gear colors. Legends such as Pele, Zico, Eder, Didi, Garrincha, Tostão, Cafu, Socrates, Ronaldo and Ronaldinho have worn the green and yellow Brazilian soccer shirts with national pride. After all, they’re not called ‘the selected ones’ or Seleçao for nothing! And then, of course, vibrant colors hold a prominent place in Latin American football. There are the El Tricolor of Mexico and the Rojas or Reds of Chile.

True Blue
If red is sprinkled all over the soccer landscape, blue dominates in all its hues! You’ve got the famous sky blue and whites, the Albicelestes of Argentina, the Blue Samurais of Japan, the Celeste from Uruguay, Les Bleus of France and the Italian Azzurri. Though the first Azzurri team played in white soccer shirts, they later adopted a blue strip representing the royal House of Savoy in 1911. The Dutch team, nicknamed the Oranje, also took up the color orange in honor of the noble House of Orange. In the 1970s when the team became known for its ‘precision passing’, it earned the name Clockwork Orange. It is also referred to as the Dutch Eleven by some.

Straight jacketed!
German’s, known for their straightforward approach, have assimilated it in their name – die Nationalmannschaft or the national team. It really doesn’t get more specific than this! But fans prefer to cheer them on as Deutschland or Germany. England’s national team are the Three Lions, named after their crest. Not very creative these names, but let’s move on to the cool, whacky and goofy!

It’s Different!
Greece’s team, the Pirate Ship, is by far the most creative name! Referring to the floating ship used during the Euro 2004 Championship’s opening ceremony, sportscasters started calling them by that name during their opening match against Portugal. Australia’s national team, the Socceroos, couldn’t be more representative of the country – marrying soccer with kangaroos! But when it comes to sheer sweetness, fans of the local Everton club win hands down. They call their players ‘the Toffees’ after two toffee shops that were once there!

So, that’s the weird and colored, literal and creative, local and national, world of football team names!

Browse through Custom Soccer Uniforms extensive collection of soccer kits.
